  • Refunds After Project Start: After the work is started, the maximum refund amount under any circumstances will be only 50% of the amount given. This also depends on the work done.
  • No Refund for Digital Marketing Projects: Please note that we do not offer refunds for any digital marketing projects once they have started. Due to the nature of these services, which involve ongoing efforts and resource allocation, all payments for digital marketing projects are non-refundable.
  • No Refund After Project Completion: No refunds will be issued once the project work has been completed and delivered to you. We encourage thorough review and feedback during the development process to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final deliverables.
  • Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a purchase before the start of the project, please contact us as soon as possible.
    • Before Work Commences: If we have not yet started work on your project at the time of cancellation, you will be eligible for a full refund.
    • After Work Commences: If work has already started on your project at the time of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover the work completed up to that point. The amount of the cancellation fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the progress made and resources utilized.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to refunds will be resolved in accordance with our terms and conditions and applicable Indian law. We are committed to finding amicable solutions and encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns.
